If creativity is what you crave in upscale restaurants, Aqua should be on your list. Restaurateur/Chef Doug Owen (Should we call him Aqua Man?) has a long and distinguished career both locally and on the Hawaiian islands. Its obvious throughout. The growing menu, which changes seasonally, has some exciting and unexpected taste combinations. Hell do anything to keep it interesting and fun. With fourteen tables on the back patio, one should consider dining alfresco as long as the weather holds. Weve had many good meals here, but we always get the Smores for dessert.
