Instead of the typical restaurant/bar combination, Prespa is a comfortable bar/lounge that simply happens to have a great menu with a chef to back it up. The ample couches, elegant bar, side rail, fireplace and abstract artwork make a good backdrop for the melting-pot crowd. The offerings from Prespa’s stellar beer list and the more than adequate wine list are other aspects fostering flirtatious conversation. Entrepreneur/restaurateur Alex Michaelidis and his staff should be extremely proud of their first venture.
